Blueberry truffles: health nutrient of the future?
I wish. But seriously, I'k coming down with a cold right now, and I'm pretty certain in that location are antioxidants in both blueberries AND chocolate, soooo…I should probably exist eating way more blueberry truffles.
Hither'southward a look inspired past ane of my sweetest loves, blueberry truffles, and I used the deliciously named Too Faced Semi-Sweetness Chocolate Bar palette.
I got the thought for this blueish and chocolate brown heart look while doing Valentine'south chocolate-themed makeup "research" at Run into's Candies (read: biting into the Blueberry Truffle sample the nice lady at See's gave me).
Incidentally, I live dangerously close to the Novato Vintage Oaks See's Candies, and if I hit all the green lights, I tin get there in three minutes.
I'm simply sayin'.
I was in the early on stages of choco-ecstasy (information technology's a real thing!) when I saw this expect clearly in my endorphin-flooded mind — shimmery blue lids, a warm matte brown pucker, blue smudged along the lower lash lines, lashes loaded with mascara, and everything surrounded by a soft, smokey haze.
The first palette I thought of was the Too Faced Semi-Sweet Chocolate Bar ($49), the make's new chocolate-scented spring eyeshadow palette.
Excuse me a moment while I open information technology and accept a sniff.
Ah… 🙂
That deep, moody blueish shade in the middle is called Blueberry Swirl. With its faint black undertones, I thought information technology'd be perfect for buffing and blending a blueberry truffle smokey middle.
I paired it with Semi-Sugariness's Peanut Butter (a warm orangey brown) in the upper crease and Puddin' (a cooler mid-toned brown) in the lower crease. And so I loaded my lashes with $35 Ameliorate Than False Lashes Extreme mascara, also by Too Faced (side note: I like this well plenty on its own, but it's no match for my current mascara philharmonic dear, Estee Lauder's new Little Black Primer when coupled with any skilful mascara).
I besides tried a new forehead look here…
I've been infatuated lately with the total, textured brows on Los Angeles makeup creative person Patrick Ta's Instagram feed (he does THE BEST BROWS), so I tried something like with Bobbi Dark-brown'due south Natural Brow Shaper & Hair Touch Up in Brunette ($24), and while I similar the fullness, I feel like my brows terminate up looking a little too unruly/messy.
Close to what I want, only I think I need a little more practice with the production.
Anywho, who else is hungry for chocolate? I could be back with a ii-pound box in vii minutes. 🙂

P.Due south. Ugh…I think this bug I'grand fighting is but a cold, but I'm pretty sleepy and achy. I've been trying to talk myself out of it, but I don't recall it'due south working.
What's your best home remedy for a cold? I've already tried kissing tabby tums, but nil. Non working.
